Dodford Manor Wedding Photographer, Carrie & Lukas
In the autumn of 2022 Carrie and Lukas finally got to get married due to having moved their date due to the covid restrictions. Their chosen venue was the fabulous Dodford Manor in Northamptonshire. I love being a Dodford Manor Wedding photographer and have been lucky enough to photograph many weddings there over the years. It’s a lovely venue sitting in some of the finest countryside the uk has to offer. I always look forward to photographing a wedding there.
Carrie and her bridesmaids got ready in Dodfords bridal suite, before heading to the barn for the ceremony. The ceremony felt very intimate with a collection of close friends and family. The barn was looking beautiful with the sun streaming in from the huge glass windows. Following the vows and ring exchange, Carrie and Lukas walked back up the aisle as husband and wife while the guests did a great job of showering them with confetti.
The drinks reception was held in the barn and outside in the courtyard. It was nice and sunny day, but being November there was a bite in the air.
Before Carrie and Lukas went for their meal we went for a walk around the beautiful grounds at Dodford Manor to get some amazing couple photos in the Autumn sunshine.
After the meal I photographed some really lovely heartwarming and funny speeches, along with and of candids of people enjoying a drink or two. Carrie and Lukas had chosen not to have dancing so the evening ended for me with the cutting of the cake.

I have photographed many weddings in fine venues all over the UK. I see why Carrie and Lukas chose to get married at Dodford Manor. A beautiful rustic barn, modernised to a very high standard, set in many acres of mature green space, If it's a rustic space to host your wedding, Dodford Manor might just be the place. The photo opportunities are endless and it is a dream venue for a photographer, with so many fantastic options available.
I really loved working with Carrie and Lukas, It was such an intimate, heartwarming day.
